Beyond AutonomousX is an authorized distributor of XAG agricultural drones, parts, accessories, and related technology in Canada. The Site provides information about XAG products, enables purchase of parts and accessories, offers training programs, dealer opportunities, and ways to contact us or our dealer network.

The Site may allow you to locate authorized dealers, submit dealer applications, or express interest in training programs. Approval of dealer applications, scheduling of training, and availability of services are at our discretion and/or that of our dealer and training partners.
Training programs are designed to provide education on XAG products and drone operations. Completion of training does not guarantee certification or licensing by regulatory authorities.
The Site may include links to third-party websites, services, or platforms, including XAG, mapping providers, payment processors, analytics services, and dealers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Beyond AutonomousX, XAG, or our partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. XAG and related product names are trademarks of XAG Co., Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law or for personal, non-commercial use.
If you submit any content to us, including feedback, suggestions, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for our business purposes.
